The most important thing you could do for your health and for your weight is to read labels, choose organic whenever possible, and make sure the food you are eating and choosing to nourish your body is from a clean source!
The key: WHOLE FOODS.....
if you want to lose weight it is simple, remove processed foods and SUGAR.
