Green, Greens, Greens everywhere on St. Patty's Day. Today is an important day to pay attention to how many greens you are getting in your diet each day. Don’t forget to get your greens in! 🍏🥦🥒 Veggies should be your largest portion each day!
Green vegetables are rich in vitamins and they help your body’s natural defenses, promote healthy skin and bones and high in potassium and iron plus many many other benefits (the list could go on and on)
