The holidays are a tough time when it comes to sugar, treats and over abundance.
I studied Sarah Wilson’s work through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition this past year and it’s AMAZING how many negative effects sugar has on our bodies and our system. (its not just cavities people!) & not only in weight gain but it has major impact on our minds, hormones and much more. Cancer LOVES sugar.
So.....what do we do? How do we remove sugar from our diets and still have fun? Tasty treats?
I love Sarah’s book: "I Quit Sugar" it is a great way to start the process:
1. Make a list of where sugar may be hiding in your diet
2. Detox the body from the addiction to sugar
3. How to cook without sugar. It is easy to use, easy recipes and extremely informative.
